Vasella Country House

Our estate is located in the hills of La Tuscia Viterbese, close to the small town of Capranica and only 3km from the local railway station. The Via Francigena passes close to the property.
There are six new apartments furnished with all you need to enjoy your stay.
A small cottage, surrounded by a hazelnut grove, is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a barbecue.
A private covered parking area is provided for our guests, with a charging station for hybrid/electric cars.
The apartments are surrounded by a large garden.
You can relax and sunbathe by our heated salt-water swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
The estate is peaceful and is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Events

Events & Ceremonies

The newly built events hall is over 240 m² in size and can hold up to 140 guests. Air-conditioned, equipped with an industrial kitchen, relaxation corner and a large covered outdoor patio.
On the upper floor, in front of the swimming pool, there is a terrace of over 400 m² where you can organize aperitifs, buffet dinners and enjoy the splendid sunsets.

The SENIOR SUITE is an elegant and brand new apartment of around 60m² fully furnished in a modern style, air conditioned and which can accommodate up to 4 people.

PANORAMIC ATTIC

PANORAMIC ATTIC is a modern and brand new penthouse, approximately 50m² fully furnished and air conditioned and which can accommodate 4 people.

JUNIOR SUITE

The JUNIOR SUITE of Podere Vasella is a modern and bright 40m² apartment, fully equipped, furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Romantic Suite

The ROMANTIC SUITE is a modern and brand new apartment of around 35m², fully furnished and air conditioned, it can accommodate 2 people. It is the ideal stay for a weekend as a couple.

Salted and heated

The private swimming pool inside the farm is available to all guests. Salted and heated with the surrounding well-kept garden furnished with chaise longues and umbrellas.

Relax area

Whirlpool tub, sauna and shower

Inside the structure there is a relaxation area with hydromassage tub, sauna and shower, to enjoy relaxing moments. The service is available by reservation.

The Small Farmhouse

Organize your barbecues

The small farmhouse consists of a living room with sink, barbecue utensils, fireplace and bathroom. In the external part, under the pergola there is a long table with benches and a large barbecue.
