Arrivals and departures

Arriving guests are received from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm; in order to allow us to welcome you in the best way, please inform us of your approximate expected arrival time and promptly communicate any delays via Whatsapp to the number you will find in the “contacts” section.
Arrivals which due to particular needs must take place at different times must be agreed in advance.
Upon departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am

Terms and conditions

PRICES

THE APARTMENTS: SENIOR SUITE, AND JUNIOR SUITE FROM 1 JULY TO 5 SEPTEMBER, ACCEPT RESERVATIONS WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 NIGHTS (INCLUDING HOLIDAYS).

FROM THE 1ST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER UNTIL 19 DECEMBER RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 2 NIGHTS. (WEEKEND ONLY)

The price of the apartments includes accommodation, courtesy set, Smart TV, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, kitchen, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, set of induction cookware, kettle and coffee machine, bread toaster, first supply of toilet paper, washing machine (senior and junior apartments), iron, weekly linen change, cleaning products, use of bicycles, swimming pool entrance, pool towel, chaise longue and umbrellas, private parking in the structure.

The apartments are sold in the self-catering formula with weekly linen change.

Entry and overnight stay for non-guests of the facility is prohibited.

CHILDREN’S REDUCTION

Children aged between 0 and 3 years stay free of charge using a cot in the room, to be requested during booking.

CLEANING AND CHANGE OF LINEN

The cleaning of the apartments as well as the change of sheets is weekly while the change of towels is every 3 days. The supply of extra linen has an additional cost.

For those who want bed linen and towels changed more frequently, please contact the management during booking and a supplement will be applied.

After departure, the apartments must be left with the kitchen and furnishings clean and the rubbish collected and placed in the appropriate bins outside the structure. If this does not happen, the management will charge €50 for extraordinary cleaning.

EQUIPMENT

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating with independent ignition, fridge, freezer, Smart TV, kitchens with oven and induction hobs, kitchen utensils and sets of induction plates and pans, iron etc… The bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set.

Each apartment is equipped with mosquito nets.

PARKING

Private, unattended parking is available free of charge inside the farmhouse. There is an electric column for hybrid cars.

POOL

The farmhouse has an 8.5×4 m swimming pool with a depth of 1.30 m; It does not have security personnel, therefore use by minors is permitted only if accompanied by their parents or a person in charge. The use of a swimming cap (which can be purchased in the facility) and compliance with some hygiene and safety rules are required (see swimming pool regulations). Access to the swimming pool is permitted from 9.00 to 19.00

POOL RULES

Before accessing the swimming pool please read these regulations:

THE POOL OPENING IS SEASONAL. IN THE LOW SEASON THE POOL IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS.

  • You can use the swimming pool from 9.00 to 19.00
  • It is mandatory to shower before entering the water
  • The use of headphones is mandatory
  • Diving is prohibited
  • It is forbidden to swim when the swimming pool is closed (from 7.00 pm to 9.00 am)
  • Bathing is prohibited in particular weather conditions (thunderstorms)
  • It is not permitted to introduce glass of any kind into the pool. Drinks and glass bottles must be consumed in your apartments.
  • Use the waste bins in your apartments and the ashtrays provided by the facility. Keep clean
  • It is forbidden to introduce balls, footballs, tennis rackets and any other sports accessories.
  • The use of the swimming pool for children is permitted up to 10 years of age only under the supervision of a responsible person. Young children must be provided with continent costumes to immerse themselves in the water.
  • It is forbidden to have uncivilized behavior and demeanor. If the staff detects behaviors that are unsuitable for the safety of the subject and that of other visitors, they are authorized to remove unwanted subjects.
  • The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects and valuables left in the pool and for any accidents caused by guests to themselves or third parties due to failure to comply with the aforementioned rules.
  • All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused must be immediately reported to the Management.

ANIMALS

As a matter of good conviviality between guests, animals are not allowed.

LOST ITEMS

Avoid leaving valuable items in your apartments and common areas; use the appropriate valuables holders present in each apartment. The Management declines any responsibility for their possible loss.

CONTAINMENT OF CONSUMPTION AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

You have chosen to spend a holiday in direct contact with nature, help us to respect it and safeguard the environment by trying to limit the consumption of water, gas and electricity, by turning off the lights, heating etc., in your absence or in case of non-necessity.

The property carries out separate waste collection, so please cooperate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and the structure. È possibile fumare solo negli spazi esterni dedicati.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

How to book:

upon receipt of the confirmation of availability, you will receive a booking email where you will be asked for a deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay, non-refundable.

When booking, via e-mail, specify the period, the number of children (if any) and the type of accommodation you are interested in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Find out all the details for canceling your reservation*.

Once we have received all the documents we will send a booking confirmation voucher.

Sending the deposit, via bank transfer, implies acceptance of our terms and conditions.

*Free cancellation for cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, as long as the covid-19 emergency remains. beyond this date, for cancellations following covid-19 restrictions, the amount paid can be used as a holiday voucher for booking another period in the following 18 months. in other cases not relating to the covid-19 emergency, the penalties listed below will be applied.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

Upon arrival the guest will have to pay €300 as a security deposit, as a guarantee and possible reimbursement for damages to the apartment or property and/or additional expenses not included in the price. The deposit will be returned upon departure after the aforementioned items have been verified.
